Ingredients

  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cups buttermilk 
  • tablespoon canola oil 
  •  eggs beaten
  • servings milk 
  • tablespoon blackstrap molasses 
  • cup oats 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup flour whole wheat

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix eggs and buttermilk.
  2. Add oats and mix well. Stir in molasses and oil.

  4. Pour about 3/4 cup batter onto a greased preheated waffle maker.
