  • cups apples chopped
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • cup plus 
  •  eggs beaten
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • packets granulated artificial sweetener 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Cook corn syrup, Sweet 'n' Low, butter, flour until the mixture coats a spoon.
  2. Add beaten eggs, mix well.
  3. Add vanilla and nutmeg.
  4. Put chopped apples into crust.
  5. Pour cooked mixture over apples.
  6. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Turn oven back to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
