  • 0.5 teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon yogurt plain low-fat
  • inch plum tomatoes 
  • ounce cocktail rye bread 
  • 12 ounces cold-smoked salmon cut into thin strips
  • tablespoon water
