  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup dijon mustard country-style
  • large egg white 
  • pound ground turkey breast 
  • ounce swiss cheese reduced-fat
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 
  • slices cocktail rye bread light
  • cup vidalia sweet vertically sliced
  • 1.5 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion to pan. Cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned; stir occasionally.
  3. Transfer onion to a bowl.
  4. Preheat broiler.
