  • 0.3 cup apricot dried chopped
  •  eggs 
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • tablespoons orange juice 
  • tablespoon orange zest 
  • 0.5 cup raisins chopped
  • cups self raising flour 
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine sultanas, apricots, orange rind and orange juice.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan.
