- 2 Tbsp bourbon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 3 lb sweet potatoes ( 6 large)

- Cook potatoes in boiling water 30 min. or until tender; drain. Carefully peel potatoes while still hot.
- Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add cream cheese spread, butter, brown sugar and bourbon; mash until smooth.
