  • 0.3 cup flat parsley chopped
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1.3 cups orange juice 
  • tablespoon orange zest 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions
