  • 0.5 tsp baking soda 
  • cup fully bananas ripe mashed ( 3)
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • 1.5 tsp calumet baking powder 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 2.3 cups flour 
  • cup sugar 
  • cup planters walnuts chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add bananas and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.
  6. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
