  • 0.7 cup pancake mix 
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  • 1.3 teaspoons salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • lb skin-on chicken drumsticks bone-in (breasts, drumsticks, thighs)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, in oven.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick™ mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
  3. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and butter should be hot).
  4. Bake 30 minutes; turn chicken.
  5. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest pieces are cut to bone (at least 165°F).
