  • 0.5 pound skin-on chicken drumsticks

  • 0.3 cup cornmeal 
  • large egg whites beaten
  • 4.5 ounces flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • cup buttermilk low-fat
  • teaspoon salt divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine buttermilk and egg whites in a shallow dish; stir well with a whisk.
