  • tablespoons butter divided ()
  • large eggs 
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons honey dijon mustard 
  • cups panko bread crumbs (Japanese breadcrumbs;)
  • 4.5 ounces parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • large bunch watercress thick trimmed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F. Butter large rimmed baking sheet with 2 tablespoons butter. Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in small saucepan and set aside.
