  • clove garlic minced
  • tablespoons olive oil

  • ounce pasta like spaghetti

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, tomato, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta.
  3. Serve topped with cheese.
