Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup almonds sliced toasted
  • cups chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped cooked
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced
  • oz penne pasta mini uncooked
  • cup grapes red cut in half
  • 0.8 cup salad dressing reduced-calorie
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12  watermelon

Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  2. In large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, grapes and onions. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, mustard and salt; stir into pasta mixture.
  3. To serve, place 3 watermelon wedges on each of 6 dinner plates. Divide salad evenly among watermelon wedges.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
