  • cup chicken shredded cooked
  • 1.5 ounces gorgonzola crumbled
  • teaspoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded divided
  • medium peaches unpeeled thinly sliced
  • 10 ounce uncook pizza crust thin (such as Boboli)
