Our Peanut Butter Blondies boast a versatile profile, functioning as a condiment, dip, spread, or simply a standalone dessert. The scrumptious blend of ingredients includes baking powder, softened butter, creamy peanut butter, large eggs, flour, light-brown sugar, chopped peanuts, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract. With the help of a few essential pieces of equipment, such as a bowl, oven, wire rack, baking pan, hand mixer, and toothpicks, you'll be well on your way to creating these heavenly peanut butter-infused blondies.

Not only are these Peanut Butter Blondies incredibly delicious, but they're also simple to make. The step-by-step process involves beating the butter and peanut butter until fluffy, gradually incorporating the sugars and eggs, adding vanilla for extra flavor, and finally, mixing in the dry ingredients to form a smooth dough. Once baked to perfection and cooled, the blondies can be easily cut into 12 mouthwatering rectangles, ready to be devoured. Enjoy your Peanut Butter Blondies fresh or store them in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days – if they last that long!
