  •  bell pepper red cut into 1/8-inch-thick strips
  •  bell pepper yellow cut into 1/8-inch-thick strips
  • teaspoon pepper dried red hot
  • tablespoons sesame seed toasted
  • teaspoons honey 
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 0.8 lb pasta dried
  •  spring onion thinly sliced
  • tablespoons ginger fresh peeled chopped
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • 1.5 tablespoons sesame oil 
  • tablespoons red-wine vinegar
