The star of this recipe is undoubtedly the ripe pears, which are peeled and sliced to perfection. A touch of lemon juice adds a tangy twist, while honey and cinnamon bring warmth and sweetness to the mix. The pears are cooked to a slightly thickened consistency, creating a mouthwatering topping for the pancakes.
But the pancakes themselves are not to be overlooked! Made with Bisquick Heart Smart® mix, fat-free buttermilk, and egg, they're a breeze to prepare. Simply whisk the ingredients together and cook them on a hot griddle or skillet. The result? Golden-brown pancakes that are light, fluffy, and oh-so-tasty.
