  • cups parsley fresh loosely packed
  • cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 0.3 pound mozzarella cheese smoked diced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 12  sun-dried tomato halves 
  • 0.5 pound penne pasta whole-wheat
