  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup shallots chopped
  •  tomatoes coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Saut broccoli and next 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until broccoli and shallots are tender.
  2. Combine broccoli mixture, hot pasta, cheese, cream, and salt, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with basil.
