  • oz meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded skinless
  • medium onions thinly sliced
  • slices provolone cheese 
  •  bell pepper red seeded thinly sliced
  • servings salt 
  •  whole-grain sandwich rolls 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
