  • 0.5 tsp baking soda 
  • 0.8 cup butter softened
  • Tbsp butter melted
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 2.3 cups flour 
  • cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 cup colored sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. Heat oven to 375F.
  4. Roll half the dough into 12x9-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.
  5. Brush dough with half the butter; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. colored sugar. Starting from one short side, roll up dough tightly to form log. Repeat with remaining dough.
  6. Roll logs in remaining colored sugar until evenly coated; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Cut dough into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  8. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Bake 9 to 11 min. or until lightly browned.
