  • 0.5 lb butter at room temperature
  • large eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 1.3 lb plums unpeeled sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, with a mixer on high speed, beat butter and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
