Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose (spooned and leveled)
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted cold cut into small pieces (1 stick)
  • 2.5 pounds plums ripe cut into 1-inch pieces ( 8)
