  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • tablespoons bourbon 
  • teaspoons brown sugar 
  • teaspoons butter 
  • 0.5 cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 1.5 cups peaches frozen sliced
  • 16 ounce pork loin chops boneless ( 1/)
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shallots minced
  •  thyme sprigs

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and peppers.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add pork to pan; cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  4. Remove pork from pan; keep warm.
  5. Add shallots and garlic to pan; saut 30 seconds.
  6. Add peaches and broth to pan; saut 2 minutes.
  7. Add sugar and thyme to pan; cook 1 minute.
  8. Add bourbon and butter to pan; cook 4 1/2 minutes or until butter melts and sauce is slightly thickened. Discard thyme sprigs.
  9. Serve with pork.
