Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounce cream sour reduced-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme dried
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed
  • ounce mushrooms (such as shiitake, cremini, and oyster)
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • ounces extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain; keep warm.
  3. Cut pork crosswise into 4 pieces; cut each piece in half lengthwise. Slice each half into thin strips.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  5. Add olive oil.
  6. Add pork, salt, thyme, pepper, and mushrooms to pan; saut 4 minutes or until pork is desired degree of doneness and mushrooms are tender.
  7. Remove from heat.
