  •  garlic clove minced
  • ounces goat cheese crumbled
  • 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • cup half and half divided
  • cup milk 1% low-fat
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 pounds yukon gold potatoes peeled thinly sliced

Directions

  2. Combine 2 tablespoons half-and-half with flour in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
