Ingredients

  • tablespoon double-acting baking powder 
  • tablespoons butter cold
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • cup potatoes with added milk and butter) mashed
  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
