Ingredients

  • pound pd of ground turkey lean
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.8 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • 0.7 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 18 ounces green beans frozen french-style thawed drained
  • 10.8 ounces cream of mushroom soup fat-free 98% canned
  • ounces water chestnuts drained sliced canned
  • 4.5 ounces mushrooms drained sliced
  • 16 ounces potato nuggets frozen

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  2. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook turkey, onion, garlic powder and thyme in skillet over medium-­high heat until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in milk, green beans, soup, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Pour turkey mixture into baking dish. Top with potato nuggets.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
