  • cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.8 cup peaches peeled chopped
  • oz peaches yoplait® ()
  • 0.3 cup pecans 
  • tablespoons pecans 
  • cups baking mix bisquick heart smart®
