  • 16.3 oz grands flaky refrigerator biscuits refrigerated canned
  • 0.5 lb finely-chopped ham shaved cooked finely
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • slices dill pickles 
  • tablespoons relish 
  • 0.5 lb pork shaved cooked finely
  • slices swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Heat sandwich or panini grill. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. On work surface, press or roll each to form 6-inch round. In small bowl, mix relish and mustard.
  2. Brush each of 4 rounds with mustard mixture; top with cheese slice. Evenly divide ham and pork among same 4 rounds. Top with remaining 4 rounds.
  3. Place sandwiches on grill; close top. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and edges are done.
  4. Serve immediately with dill pickles.
