  • 0.3 cup herbs fresh chopped (such as parsley, dill, mint; )
  •  green onion sliced ()
  • tablespoons oil 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • cups pumpkin/squash grated ()
  • 0.5 cup flour whole wheat (I used flour)
