  • 1.5 teaspoons brown sugar 
  • cup pumpkin canned
  • large eggs 
  • large egg white 
  • 0.3 cup milk fat-free
  • 2.8 cups flour all-purpose
  • cup granulated sugar 
  • tablespoon granulated sugar 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through salt) in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Make a well in center of mixture.
  4. Combine pumpkin and next 6 ingredients (pumpkin through egg white); add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Spoon the batter into 18 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
  5. Combine 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and brown sugar; sprinkle over muffins.
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly in center.
  7. Remove muffins from pans immediately; cool on a wire rack.
