  • 12 ounces egg noodles cooked
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup undiluted canned
  • 13.3 ounce mushrooms drained canned
  • 0.3 cup onion diced
  • 0.5 pound pan drippings from roast beef preferably cooked cut into strips
  • ounce cream sour
  • cups water
