Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce 
  • servings barbecue sauce 
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded with peppers
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • small onion chopped
  • servings parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5  bell pepper red chopped
  • 10 ounce pizza dough refrigerated canned
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounce chicken breast boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Saut first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Unroll pizza crust; press or pat into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake crust at 400 for 12 to 14 minutes.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup barbecue sauce evenly over top of pizza crust in pan. Arrange chicken strips evenly over barbecue sauce, top with onion mixture, and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  6. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
