Ingredients

  • cups baby arugula 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounces bread french cut ()
  • 0.5 cup round of président brie 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 1.5 cups radishes sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until golden brown and toasted; cool.
  4. Combine radishes and next 4 ingredients (through salt) in a medium bowl, and toss to coat.
  5. Spread each bread slice with about 2 teaspoons cheese; top with a single layer of arugula and a layer of radish slices.
