Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 2-quart casserole dish with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
  3. Pour batter into casserole.
  4. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Immediately loosen sides of bread with metal spatula and unmold bread; cool on wire rack.
