  • oz athenos feta cheese crumbled traditional
  • 16 oz bread french cut into 18 slices
  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • tsp juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil divided
  • oz roasted peppers red drained chopped

Directions

  1. Mix peppers, cheese, onions, 1 Tbsp. of the oil, the garlic and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Brush bread slices lightly with remaining 3 Tbsp. oil; place on baking sheet.
  3. Broil 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Top each toast slice with about 1 Tbsp. of the pepper mixture.
