- 4 oz athenos feta cheese crumbled traditional
- 16 oz bread french cut into 18 slices
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 0.3 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tsp juice of lemon
- 0.3 cup olive oil divided
- 7 oz roasted peppers red drained chopped

- Mix peppers, cheese, onions, 1 Tbsp. of the oil, the garlic and lemon juice; set aside.
- Brush bread slices lightly with remaining 3 Tbsp. oil; place on baking sheet.
