  • servings flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 tablespoons rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons parmesan finely grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • pound pizza dough whole-wheat room temperature
  • 10 ounce potatoes - remove skin red scrubbed very thinly sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place an oven rack on lowest position and preheat to 500F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 14-inch round. Generously sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal.
  3. Place dough on sheet.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together garlic and oil.
  5. Add potatoes, rosemary and salt. Top dough with potatoes, overlapping, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
  7. Bake until cheese has melted and crust is crisp, about 13 minutes.
  8. Cut into 8 slices.
  9. Serve.
