  • 0.5 cup salsa fresh
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream light sour
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes diced
  • 8-inch tortillas fat-free whole wheat 96% () (such as Mission)

Directions

  1. Microwave rice according to package directions.
