  • cups tomatoes diced
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces roasted peppers red drained chopped
  • 0.3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Grill bread uncovered 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
  2. Mix tomatoes, basil, vinegar, salt and bell peppers.

  4. Cover and grill 4 to 6 inches from medium heat about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot.
