- 4 slices bread french italian
- 7 ounces roasted peppers red drained cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
- 2 tablespoons parmesan shredded
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers drained
