Ingredients

  • slices bread french italian
  • ounces roasted peppers red drained cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parmesan shredded
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • tablespoon capers drained

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients except capers. Spoon onto bread.
  4. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until edges of bread are golden brown.
  5. Cut each bread slice lengthwise into thirds.
  6. Sprinkle with capers.
