  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper 
  •  celery stalks diced
  • cups chicken stock see 
  • tablespoons fennel bulb fresh chopped
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1.5 cups cup heavy whipping cream 
  • tablespoons hot sauce 
  • small onion diced
  • cups potatoes diced yellow
  • pound salmon skinless cut into pieces
  • teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon paprika smoked
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper white

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add flour, and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in garlic powder and next 5 ingredients; cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken stock and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a simmer; cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
  5. Add salmon; cook 1 minute or just until done.
