Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs dry fine
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • oz parmesan cheese shredded
  • 24 oz salmon fillet 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 teaspoons tomato-basil seasoning blend salt-free

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Sprinkle salmon with salt.
  3. Place salmon on a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan; pour lime juice and olive oil over salmon.
  4. Stir together breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients; spread over salmon.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or just to desired degree of doneness.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Note: We tested with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend.
