Ingredients

  •  eggs 
  • 18.5 oz japanese ramen noodles light canned
  • oz mild sausage links to package directions and coin frozen thawed cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 0.5 medium bell pepper red cut into bite-size strips
  • teaspoon basil dried italian
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • leaves basil fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until blended. Stir in soup, sausage, bell pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour into 12-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Cut into wedges to serve.
  6. Sprinkle basil leaves over top.
