Ingredients

  • teaspoon basil dried italian
  •  eggs 
  • leaves basil fresh chopped
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 18.5 oz japanese ramen noodles light canned
  • 0.5 medium bell pepper red cut into bite-size strips
  • oz premier protein frozen thawed cut into 1/4-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. In medium bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until blended. Stir in soup, sausage, bell pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour into 12-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Cut into wedges to serve.
  6. Sprinkle basil leaves over top.
