  • tablespoons basil fresh thinly sliced
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • ounce pre exotic mushroom blend (such as shiitake, cremini, and oyster)
  • cup onion thinly sliced
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pasta sauce fat-free
  • 14 ounce pizza crust prepared (such as Boboli)
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • ounce sausage link sweet italian

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Remove casing from sausage. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Add onion, pepper, and mushrooms to pan; saut 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic; saut 1 minute.
  4. Place crust on a large baking sheet.
  5. Spread pasta sauce evenly over crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top evenly with mushroom mixture.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  7. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with basil.
  9. Cut pizza into 8 wedges.
