  • 250 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • tbsp olive oil 
  • tsp balsamic vinegar 
  • 250 mozzarella cheese cubed
  • bunch basil 
  • servings parmesan grated

  1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
  2. Drain, reserving a few tablespoons of water in the pan. Return pasta to the pan over a medium heat and add the tomatoes, oil and balsamic vinegar.
