Ingredients

  • oz angel hair pasta cooked
  • teaspoon basil dried
  •  eggs 
  • cup evaporated milk 
  • oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • cup yogurt plain
  • 16 oz salsa 
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • pound shrimp deveined cleaned peeled
  • cups swiss cheese shredded
  • teaspoon frangelico dried
  • teaspoon frangelico dried

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine first 9 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Spread half the pasta in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Cover with slasa; add half the shrimp.
  3. Spread remaining pasta over shrimp; top with egg mixture.
  4. Add remaining shrimp and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
