- 0.8 cup orzo pasta (rice-shaped
- 1 pound shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions
- Cook orzo in large saucepan of boiling saltedwater until tender but still firm to bite,stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons butterwith oil in heavy large skillet over mediumhighheat. Using garlic press, squeeze ingarlic; stir 10 seconds.
- Add shrimp andsauté 2 minutes.
