Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta (fusilli)
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon basil dried fresh chopped
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • cups bacon (4 medium)
  • medium bell pepper yellow cut into 2-inch strips
  • 15 oz cannellini beans white rinsed drained canned ( kidney)
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce canned (any flavor)
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained cut into fourths canned
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shredded grated

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook basil, pepper, carrots and bell pepper in oil about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are crisp-tender. Stir in pasta, beans, tomato sauce and artichoke hearts. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
